Our Program:

We are an English conversaton education institute with 40 years of experience and 60 school locations. We are primarily located in Chiba Prefecture which borders Tokyo, but we also have schools in Tokyo, Saitama, Ibaraki, Gunma, Yamaguchi, and more.

IMMEDIATE Position for an ALT. Location in Yokoshiba-Hikarimachi but apartment location in Yotsukaido, Chiba.

Current ALT Position Needed ASAP in Chiba.

This ALT position is Mon-Fri with liberal vacation periods. It is at one Junior High School so you can get very comfortable working with the same school colleagues and also become a recognized member at the school with the students. We are looking for a dedicated and committed teacher. Are you up for this exciting challenge & location?

The location of the school is in Yokoshiba, Chiba. However, the apartment is in Yotsukaido City, a 50 minute train ride to Tokyo. The starting salary is 250,000 yen + 20 nenkyuu days. Other terms and conditions include:

12 month contract, 5 day workweek, transportation fee from your apartment to the school is fully reimbursed, liberal vacation periods paid at 60% salary. We provide visa sponsorship and an apartment with internet & minimal furnishings (rent deducted from salary). We have a five day training program. The average stay of our teachers at IB is 2-3 years.
