Job Description

High paying bilingual primary school teaching jobs for February 2021 start date. The interviewing is taking place now. This job is based in Shanghai. You will be applying for the role of an ESL teacher. Teaching students between 7-12 years old. This school provides students with the most advanced curriculum. The school contains 50 foreign teachers, 150 local teachers, and 1500 students that is constantly growing.

The international curriculum is completely in English. All classes use textbooks in English. You will be responsible for teaching a range of subjects including Arts and Humanities. Some responsibilities include:

-Maximum of 14 teaching hours per week
-40-hour workweek including teaching hours
-10-month contract with an option to renew
-Lesson planning

Requirements

There is a requirement for a Bachelors’s degree that is TEFL certified (at least 120 hours). Must be a native English speaker from the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, or New Zealand. The minimum teaching experience is 2 years. The applicant must be culturally aware with an excellent work ethic. They must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits

This job offers many benefits. This includes an excellent salary of 24,000 RMB per month (this includes either a 7,000 RMB monthly housing allowance or a new, fully equipped apartment). There is a performance bases salary of up to 25% of your salary for the first semester. There is free transportation to and from the school by shuttle. A legal Z-work visa is provided. Health insurance is also provided. There is a contract renewal bonus of 13% of the previous salary. You are entitled to 10 days of national holidays and winter break. Two meals are included during workdays.
