Before starting your exciting new life in China, you’ll be required to hold a minimum of 120 hours of TEFL training. Master the key techniques of teaching English through total language submersion as well as develop your skills and understand what’s expected of you as an English teacher.
Your week-long arrival orientation is spent settling into Chinese life and culture as well as preparing for success in the classroom. You’ll dive into workshops in classroom management with your academic manager. Become familiar with the school curriculum, methodology and day-to-day practices.
