Job description
EIS Escola d’Idiomes specializes in teaching English to children, teenagers, and adults. Established in 1982, we are at the forefront of language learning in Girona city and have evolved constantly to provide the most complete, effective teaching possible for our students. No classes were lost during lockdown thanks to the quick team reaction and support.
In addition to general English classes from A1 to C2 levels, we prepare students for a range of official exams and professional assignments from interviews to presentations.

Requirements
TEFL/CELTA qualified
– Experience teaching children and adults
– Previous experience with Cambridge and Oxford exams preferred, but not essential
– Must have an EU passport

Salary and benefits
– A competitive salary, working from Monday to Friday
– A legal employment contract, with paid public holidays (Christmas, Easter, and local holidays)

Our school is based on the quality of our teachers. English must be a native language, and candidates must have a recognized TEFL qualification and a minimum of two years’ experience. We expect candidates to have a solid knowledge of grammar and classroom skills, and we hope candidates bring creativity, enthusiasm, and ambition to our school.
