Job Description

We need you!!!

• Online 1v1, 1vN and GROUP class teaching
•  Students: From small kids to teenagers
•  Peak hour: 6-9pm Mon-Fri, 9am-9pm Sat-Sun All in Beijing time

Requirements

• Teachers from English native speaking countries(US, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland)
• Being enthusiastic and cheerful in teaching kids and teenagers
• Able to use different interaction types (individual questions, pair work, group work) in class
• Able to use a level of language appropriate to students’ level
• Having a well-lit teaching space and a cheerfully decorated backdrop
• High level of English proficiency
• Ideally 1 year of relevant experience in teaching
• TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certificate
• Bachelor’s degree
• Laptop or desktop PC with good internet connection(upload 10Mb/s, download 10Mb/s)
• USB/wireless headset and webcam

Salary and Benefits

• Teaching materials will be provided
• High chances of getting promoted in a rapidly growing company
• Base pay: $12-$14 per hour
• Bonus: up to $5 per hour
